Banded shoulder stretch

5 minute emom
5 push-ups
5 air squats
10 second handstand hold

B. Strength

20 minutes to work on the following cluster…

1 snatch grip deadlift
1 snatch grip high pull
1 snatch
1 overhead squat

**8 times through the complex increasing weight with each set as long as your form remains perfect!!

C. Open WOD 12.1

7 minutes of burpees
