Your form was successfully submitted. And, you will be receiving a confirmation email shortly. The date stamp on that email will be the official time used in determining your freeze start date. Remember, you have up to 3 months of time to freeze your account at 15% of the normal rate. After that, you’re account will be re-activated at your regular rate. All normal cancellation policies and procedures will be in effect if you chose not to come back. So remember, if you are within 30 days of your next billing when you decide, you will be billed one final time.
