We’re sending you good vibes while you’re on your temporary freeze!

And we want you back in the box asap.

In the meantime, let’s get this freeze started. Give us your reason for the account freeze by filling out the form below completely.  We want to support you in getting back as best we can, so feel free to share anything relevant to your request.

Remember, you have up to 3 months of time to freeze your account at 15% of the normal rate. After that, you’re account will be re-activated at your regular rate. All normal cancellation policies and procedures will be in effect if you chose not to come back. So remember, if you are within 30 days of your next billing when you decide, you will be billed one final time.
