5 rounds – each for time | rest 90 seconds after each round | you choose weight and can increase each round as needed. Shoot for a weight you can move at a consistent pace.

1 round = complex below x 7 times through list:
• 1 Power Clean
• 1 Front Squat
• 1 Push Press
• 1 Back Squat
• 1 Push Press
