C. Strength/Skill – 25 minutes
5×10 Single leg RDL | 5 per leg

*lighter weight to work on balance and ankle stability

5×10 Pistol squat | 5 per leg
Scale options:
Use rings to help keep balance
Stand on a 45# plate or two

**For both scale options – go down as far as you can keeping a focus on proper movement (knee tracking over pinky toe on the way down and up). If you are not able to hit full depth that is OK. Work the depth that is comfortable for you!

D. 9 minute AMRAP
800m run
then
AMRAP of burpees over band 24/20

E. Cool down
