Odd Minute 3 -5 Squat Cleans
Even 2 – 4 Turkish Get Ups (1-2 each side)
* Add weight and reduce reps for strength in the Squat Clean, keep weight light and focus on
technique if newer to the movement or a little beat up from the week.
* Focus on quality of movement in the get up and proper form before adding any weight.
