Snatch – 6×2 – Pick progression and work on technique – Power, hang, squat, or PVC technique work

C. 2 – 5 minute AMRAPS
3 hang power snatch 75/55 RX+ hang squat snatch 115/80
6 lateral burpees over bar
rest 2 minutes between AMRAPS

*score is total reps

D. Cool down
