*pick a pace where you do not need to stop running

C. 4 – 3min rounds
3 min rest between rounds
20 lunge steps 44/26
*can use double front rack kb, single kb/db, bodyweight
*pick a weight where you can control your movement
AMRAP – max cal row (r1,r3)
AMRAP – KBS (a) 53/35 (r2,r4)
*every round starts with the back lunges then with time remaining, complete AMRAP.

*score is total cal row & total kbs
