Complete 4 sets alternating every 2nd minute

A)
•5-8 Double Dumbbell or Kettlebell Shoulder to Overhead. (Go heavy)
•40′ Overhead Carry
•40′ Farmer Carry Lunge
**Increase the loading every round if possible to maintain 8 reps and unbroken complex**

B)
•5-8 Strict Pull-up + Strict Toes to Bar Complex (You may break up the complex after completion of the PU+T2B as that is one rep)
