odd – 50m Sled Push (2 * 45 & 2 * 25 plates for the Men, 2 * 45 plates for the Women)
even – 12 Hand Release Push Ups
Rx+ 7 Hand Stand Push Ups

*Have half the class start on the Sleds, other half on HR Push Up

*If athletes cannot do 10 HR Push Ups, scale to regular, elevated push up forcing the core, glutes and shoulders to properly engage through movement.
