400 Meter Run, 21 Burpees
400 Meter Run, 15 Burpees
400 Meter Run, 9 Burpees
200 Meter Run, 9 Power Cleans Rx (95/65) Rx+ (115/85)
200 Meter Run, 15 Power Cleans Rx (95/65) Rx+ (115/85)
200 Meter Run, 21 Power Cleans Rx (95/65) Rx+ (115/85)

* Modify Run, Reps and Load as necessary to keep intensity high through the 15 minutes.

* Any reps not completed in the 15 minutes are added to the athletes time in SugarWOD. For example; 15:22 if the athlete did not finish the last run and twenty one power cleans.
