Decided based on WOD and athlete needs.
NOTE: Score heaviest load.
3 Front Squat(155/105) bar starts on floor.
Kettlebell Swings (53/35) for remaining time in the minute.
Every minute on the minute, athletes will perform 3 front squats… then accumulate as many KBS as possible for the remainder of the minute.
