A. Group warm up

B. Skill work
take 15 – 20 minutes to work on DU’s and/or your power snatch technique.

C. Barbell warm up – newer athletes that have never done power snatches use a PVC pipe

D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
• 30 Double-unders
• 15 Power snatches 75/55 – DO NOT DROP BARBELL FROM OVERHEAD WITH 10,15# PLATES

*new athletes – scale power snatches to either: hang snatches, DB/KB snatches or KBS.

E. Cool down
