B. WOD demo/barbell warm up

C. 8 min EMOM
2 Power cleans (new athletes work from hang)
2 Front squats
1 Push press/jerk/split jerk

*start light and work to challenging load

D. For time:
15 power cleans 135/95
15 push press/jerk
10 power cleans 155/105
10 push press/jerk
5 power cleans 175/125
5 push press/jerk

*every 2 minutes stop and do 5 burpees over bar

E. Cool down
