db bear crawl push – no rx | bear crawl from one side of the rig to the other + push db
5-7 sandbag pick up to full stand | pick up sandbag from ground and stand tall. Drop and repeat
5-10 per leg – kb/db RDL

**choose rep scheme that allows you to rest 45 sec – 1 minute per station**
