C. Deadlift | set starts when you get to 85-90% | 20 minutes

Complete 5 sets of 2 working from 85-95% of your 1RM

The goal is to keep the reps touch and go. But if you are losing positioning through your core while returning to the ground, drop the bar for a brief rest and reset for the second rep.
