C. EMOM 5 | use this EMOM to work bar path and technique | light weight to complete complex unbroken
3 hang snatches + 2 hang squat snatches + 3 OHS

*newer athletes that do not have experience doing squat snatches can scale by doing hang snatch + OHS

D. 4 – 2 minute AMRAPS | 1 minute rest between rounds
2 hang snatches + 2 hang squat snatches + 2 OHS 95/65
then..
AMRAP of wall balls 20/14

*score is total OHS
