10 sand bag over shoulder 100/75
30 tire jumps
3/5 wall walks
10 sand bag over shoulder
30 tire jumps
$$ out 200m sled push/pull

*sled starts with a push (RX+ push with low handles) then pull. Use 25m course and switch push/pull every 25m
