B. WOD demo/barbell warm up

C. Skill – 25 minutes
– High hang power snatch, hang power snatch, power snatch, squat snatch
and/or
– HSPU, kipping HSPU, handstand holds, handstand walks, wall walks, pike push up

**use part C to determine scale progression for part D**

D. Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
•9 handstand push-ups
•6 burpees
•3 snatches
Rx: 115/80 RX+: 155/105

E. Cool down
