** Powerlifting from here on out will be changing to focus more on developing one major lift. For the next 4-6 weeks we will be focusing on building up our squat strength. This class is free for anyone to come check out for the next two weeks and will be an add on of $15 to your base membership to join.

A. Warm up and mobility
15-20 minutes

B. Teach proper Power Clean set up/execution and foot work of the split jerk
25-30 minutes

C. Work up to a 1RM Clean & Jerk
20-25 minutes
