C. Sleds pulls/pushes | 20-25 minutes
pull down to 25m, push back to start
*rest as needed, will need to share sleds* | scale by lowering how far sled is pulled/pushed

D. 12 minute emom
1. 40m sled push 180/140 *scale by lowering how far sled is pushed*
2. 30 second plank from hands
3. 7 KB/DB Deadlifts 53/35 – one per hand
