5×3 @ 85% of your 3 rep max | Does not need to be TNG
rest 2-3 minutes between sets

*if your wearing running shoes take them off*

D. 4 Rounds for time: 15 minute time cap
30 double-unders
7 Deadlifts @ 65-70% of 3 rep max
12 burpees
30 double-unders
Rest 1 minute
