*set up on ground for a TGU, lift body only to elbow then return back to the ground for the next rep.

**after each set of 20 flip over and do 20 supermans (slow and controlled)

C. 20min AMRAP
30 sit ups
20 Single arm KBS (r) 53/35
10 push ups
5 strict pull ups/ 10 ring rows

D. Cool down
