1. 100m sled push | guys add 2-45 + 2-25 | gals add 2-45
AMRAP of air squats

2. 30 burpees | scale burpees as needed to make it to AMRAP
AMRAP of single arm db/kb OHS – no rx

3. 30 db/kb snatches – no rx
AMRAP of pistol squats or bulgarian split squats

*score each amrap by itself
