AMRAP of push ups – rx+ decline push ups (feet on box/bench)

2. 20 burpee box jumps | scale burpees as needed to make it to AMRAP
AMRAP of OHL – 45/25

3. 30 single arm db hang cleans – no rx | 15 per arm
AMRAP of back squats – 95/65

*score each amrap by itself
