25m Single arm DB Walking Lunge (50/35) | From one end of rig to the other
30 – Ground to OH w/ 45/25 plate
30 second plank – rx+ place 25lb plate on your back

Rest 2 Minutes

3 rounds:
100m Barbell front rack carry 95/65
30 Jumping lunges
30 second static ring hold
