C. Wod – Not for time

Alternate between…
Tricep extensions 12-15 rep
Single arm dumbbell or kettlebell presses 12-15 rep
rest 60 sec and repeat x4

**For the tricep extension pick a weight that will challenge you through four rounds
**For the single arm presses, pick a weight that will challenge you through four rounds
