1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk | If you do not have much practice or have never done a split jerk do 2 push jerks
Perform the push press, push, jerk and split jerk in one complex without putting the barbell down. The weight will start at 50% of your 1 rep max push press. Add 5-10 lb every two minutes until you cannot complete the set in the allowed 2 minutes.
