A. Group warm up

B. WOD demo

C. Strength | 20 minutes
5×5 Incline Bench press | stack plates under one leg of bench to create incline
5×5 Decline push ups | use box or bench to put feet on
5×10 db/barbell bicep curls OR chin ups

*you will do one set of each movement then move to next station. Rest 60-90 seconds after you complete all (3) movements
