1. 16 DB snatches | 8 per arm | 35/50
2. Burpees | 30 seconds | goal should be to hit the same number of reps each round
3. 10 DB floor press | per side | hold one arm in locked out static position | 35/50
4. 50m sled push | guys add – 2-45+2-25 | gals add – 2-45 | scale by lowering total meters on sled push | shoot to rest 20-30 secs per round
