Climb the ladder as high as possible in 7 minutes

•1 Ring Dips
•2 Burpee Box Jump Over 20″/24″
•3 Ring Dips
•4 Burpee Box Jump over
•5 RD, 6 BBJO, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, etc.

*Score the last completed round and any additional reps after. Example: Finished 10 Burpees, and completed 10 Ring dips are a score of 10+10 since the round of 11 was not completed*
