•20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull #65/95 (M50+ #53/75)

**Complete 3 different workouts with 3 scores**

Score A= 3-minute as many reps as possible of the above movements with a 1-minute rest.
Score B= 6 minute as many reps as possible of the above movements with a 2-minute rest.
Score C= Total time to complete the WOD (12 min cap)
