Death By Ring Dips and Chin Ups

Begin with 1 Ring dip on the first minute, then 2 Strict Chin-ups on the second minute, 3 RD on the 3rd, and 4 CU on the 4th. Continue until failure or 12-minutes

*If you fail before minute 5, rest the next minute and start over from the 1 until the next failed set or 12-minutes
