Hang Power Clean | 17 minutes to complete

•Complete 5 sets of 3 Hang Power Cleans beginning around 65-70% of 1RM Clean. Then, build up in load for as long as you can maintain control with the feet and the level change when receiving the bar

*Can not drop bar one you pick it up | newer members should work on technique
